RODEM® (Remote Operating Diagnostic Energy Monitoring) gives users the ability to access the chillers located on their site from any internet connection, and reset alarms, make adjustments and crucially review performance.

Last Wednesday, 1st July, as the City of London was experiencing roof top temperatures > 40°C, we kept all our remote sites effectively served even though the majority of the chiller equipment was operating well beyond specifications. RODEM®, installed at 22 sites, allowed us to remotely monitor and adjust settings in order to keep the equipment online and prevent break-downs. Ultimately, this saved our clients the cost of call-outs in the peak summer heat, and enabled our clients to keep their cool.
